Everyone has a unique path in life. Along the way, there are moments of joy, growth, uncertainty, and challenge. Sometimes the support of friends, family, or community helps us through those difficult seasons. And sometimes, despite having “everything we should need,” we still feel stuck.
This is what happened to me.
For a long time, my life looked fine from the outside. I had a stable job, meaningful friendships, and a healthy lifestyle. But internally, I felt anxious, frustrated, disconnected, and deeply unhappy.
I kept telling myself that I should feel grateful. I was doing everything “right.” But instead of feeling fulfilled, I felt stuck.
Eventually, I reached a breaking point. I quit my job, ended my relationship, and moved back home to regroup. What felt like falling apart became the beginning of finally getting honest with myself about what I truly wanted and needed.
That experience led me into years of personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. I worked with coaches, mentors, and healers who helped me understand the patterns, fears, and beliefs that were shaping my life. For the first time, I began learning how to trust myself, listen to my intuition, and create a life that actually felt aligned.
I read endlessly, attended seminars, explored mindset work, and slowly began rebuilding my relationship with myself. Along the way, I discovered something unexpected: I deeply loved supporting others through their own transitions and helping them reconnect with who they truly are.
Your story may not look exactly like mine, but there are often common threads: feeling disconnected, uncertain, overwhelmed, or quietly craving something more meaningful.
That’s where I want to meet you.
Together, we create space for clarity, confidence, and forward movement so you can build a career and life that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and genuinely your own.
You only have one life. Make it count.
One of the most important things I’ve learned is that the only life worth living is your own. And while change can feel overwhelming, you are far more capable of creating meaningful change than you may realize right now.
Maybe you feel stuck in a career that no longer fits.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed by uncertainty and overthinking.
Maybe you know something needs to change, but you don’t yet know what.
You do not need to have your entire future figured out before taking the next step.
Through coaching, we work together to help you gain clarity, move through fear and self-doubt, and begin creating momentum toward a career and life that feel more meaningful and sustainable.
Over time, many clients begin noticing something surprising: they are no longer making decisions purely from fear, pressure, or obligation. Instead, they begin making choices from a place of confidence, self-trust, curiosity, and possibility.
Whether through small steps or major life shifts, my clients often discover that the life they truly want is not as impossible as it once felt.
And sometimes, the most meaningful changes are the ones they never originally planned for.
The power of working together.
Sometimes we reach a point where the advice of friends and family, while well-intentioned, no longer feels enough. Whether you’re navigating burnout, uncertainty, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck in your career, having the support of someone outside the situation can make all the difference.
This is where coaching can be incredibly powerful.
My background combines practical strategy, emotional insight, and deep curiosity about human behavior and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve developed an approach that helps clients better understand themselves while also creating meaningful forward movement in their lives and careers.
Here are a few of the experiences and tools that shape my work:
● As a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I help clients recognize thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck.
● With a Master’s Degree in International Education, I understand how culture, upbringing, and life experiences influence the way we see ourselves and the choices we make.
● My dual degree in International Business and Art allows me to blend structure, strategy, creativity, and self-expression into the coaching process.
Most importantly, my own journey through uncertainty, reinvention, and personal growth allows me to support others with both compassion and honesty. I know how overwhelming change can feel, and I also know how powerful it can be when you begin trusting yourself again.
You’ve made it this far. Let’s explore what’s next.
If you’re ready to stop overthinking everything alone and start creating more clarity, confidence, and direction in your life, I’d love to support you.
I offer a complimentary 30-minute Roadmap to Clarity Session where we can explore where you feel stuck, what you truly want, and what meaningful next steps could look like for you.
You do not need to have everything figured out before getting started. Often, clarity comes through conversation, action, and allowing yourself the space to explore new possibilities.
And when you’re ready, I’ll be here to support you through the process.
Our first step is simply to schedule a time to connect.
Invest in yourself and create meaningful impact.
Your growth doesn’t stop with you.
Every coaching investment helps support teachers, fund classrooms, and create opportunities for students across the United States.
Giving back has always been deeply important to me, especially when it comes to supporting teachers and students in under-resourced communities. When you invest in your own growth through coaching, you’re also helping create meaningful change for others.
A portion of every coaching investment is donated each month to classrooms in high-poverty areas, helping provide supplies, educational resources, creative opportunities, and support for students who need it most.
With my background in education, this work feels incredibly personal. Coaching isn’t only about helping people create more clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in their own lives, it’s also about contributing to something larger than ourselves.
One of the ways I bring this vision to life is through supporting the incredible work of DonorsChoose.org.
So truly, thank you. By choosing to invest in yourself, you’re also helping support students, teachers, and communities across the country.
Making a difference since 2012.
Here’s some of the impact so far:
● 215+ classroom projects funded across the United States
