“Don’t be afraid to look silly. Some of the greatest ideas started as foolishness.”

IDEA OF THE DAY

I have some big news—I’m expanding my coaching business and hiring (so exciting!). Check out the roles below, consider applying, or share with someone who might be a great fit.

  • Chief Motivation Magician – Must be skilled in turning procrastination into productivity with a wave of encouragement.

  • Head of Getting Unstuck – Seeking an expert in overcoming roadblocks, both literal and metaphorical.

  • Professional Life Puzzle Solver – Must enjoy putting the pieces together, even when they don’t seem to fit.

  • VP of Wildly Impractical Ideas – Looking for someone who dreams big and isn’t afraid to chase “impossible” goals.

  • Overthinking Consultant – If you analyze everything in great detail, we want you to help others do the same—but with purpose!

  • Fearless Failure Strategist – Must be comfortable helping people embrace mistakes as stepping stones to success.

Okay… you might have caught me being a little silly on April Fools’ Day! But while these job titles are playful, they reflect genuine parts of our life experiences.

We’ve all had moments where we needed motivation, found creative ways to beat procrastination, or pushed through challenges that left us feeling stuck. We’ve overthought decisions, made impulsive choices, and learned valuable lessons along the way. Sometimes, an idea that once seemed far-fetched ended up shaping our path in unexpected ways. And even when fear of failure crept in, we moved forward without knowing exactly where the journey would lead.

The truth is, these “silly” roles aren’t so silly after all—they already exist within you. They’re parts of yourself you can call on whenever you need them.

So today, in the spirit of playfulness, ask yourself: Which of these roles could bring more lightness and creativity to your day? See where it takes you!
